How Fees Work / What’s Included

Eye Level fees are structured to support consistent, personalised learning rather than one-size-fits-all classes.

Each monthly fee covers:

  • Weekly or twice-weekly classes based on your chosen schedule
  • One-to-one coaching within a small class setting
  • Individualised lesson booklets matched to your child’s current ability
  • Ongoing progress monitoring and level assessments
  • Personalised lesson planning and pace adjustment
  • Feedback and consultation with parents on your child’s progress

Students begin with a Diagnostic Test to determine their starting level. From there, they progress step by step through the Eye Level curriculum, moving up only when they are ready. This ensures strong foundations, real understanding, and long-term improvement in Math or English.

A one-time registration fee is charged upon enrolment. A fee deposit equivalent to one month’s fee is also collected. It will be used to offset your child’s final month’s tuition when proper notice of withdrawal is given.

Fees are billed monthly and are based on the student’s current level and class frequency (once or twice a week). This flexible structure allows adjustments if your child needs more support or is ready to move at a faster pace.

In short, you are not just paying for class time, but for a complete personalised learning system that builds confidence, closes learning gaps, and develops independent study skills.

Your inquiries about Eye Level Tuition Fees, answered

How are Eye Level tuition fees calculated?

Fees are based on two factors: your child’s current Eye Level level and the number of classes per week (once or twice weekly). Higher levels have slightly higher fees due to increased lesson complexity and workload.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, a one-time registration fee of RM50 is payable upon enrolment.

What happens to the fee deposit?

The fee deposit is not refunded in cash. It will be used to offset your child’s final month’s tuition when proper notice of withdrawal is given.

What is included in the monthly tuition fee?

The fee includes personalised lesson booklets, one-to-one coaching, progress monitoring, level tests, lesson planning, and regular feedback to parents.

Do students follow their school grade level?

No. Students are placed based on a Diagnostic Test, so they start at a level that matches their actual ability, not their age or school year.

How often are classes held?

You can choose either once-a-week or twice-a-week classes, depending on your child’s learning needs and schedule.

Can class frequency be changed later?

Yes. Class frequency can be adjusted if your child needs more support or is ready to progress faster.

Are the programmes aligned with the Malaysian school syllabus?

Yes. The curriculum supports KSSR and KSSM, and also benefits students from international programmes such as IGCSE and IBDP by strengthening fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

How is my child’s progress tracked?

Instructors review classwork, homework, corrections, periodic reviews, and level tests to adjust lesson pace and ensure steady improvement.

How will parents be informed about progress?

Parents receive regular updates and feedback, and can discuss their child’s development and learning plan with the Centre Director.

What happens if my child misses a class?

Replacement classes may be arranged subject to availability and centre policy.

Is Eye Level suitable for weak or struggling students?

Yes. Because lessons are individualised and progress step by step, students can close learning gaps, build strong foundations, and gain confidence at their own pace.
